HopelessWent in to get a script and the first guy was really polite and well mannered, upon returning though the woman was rude and did not respond well to my question of the additional subsidy. Also my medication is refrigerated and they refused to give me an insulated paper bag until I said I was walking 25-30 minutes home and even then was reluctant.

Had pleasant experiences in the past with some of the pharmacists but the last time I went they sold me expired paracetamol.Went to return it and they had to take both the 20 and 50 packs of Chemist's Own tablets off the shelves because they were all expired.

Check your meds.They were careless enough to double my dose.I was careless enough to trust them and took the meds for weeks before I noticed side effects.Whats the point of having procedures if they arnt followed?6 months run around from the owner and their insurance company.They value having this comment removed to be worth more than they value the pain and suffering I went through as a result of the incorrectly dispensed medication.Disgusting.

No consult room at all so absolutely no privacy and pharmacists appear very overworked without enough time to counsel patients on medications.

Fantastic service from the trusted team at Brentwood Pharmacy. While the use of the MedAdvisor app wasn't helpful in this situation, the pharmacist was so helpful to enable me to have my E-script processed, paid for and delivered, all within a couple of hours of my initial call. Thanks for providing great service that is so often missed in bigger chain stores.
