Botts Compounding Pharmacy
I had a very rough experience at this place. I have provided my prescription to them which they prepared it and then send me msg to pick it up. I went there and asked them to get it for one week only and they said we have already prepared it for two weeks.( which they should ask me before doing it) when i asked for one week the pharmacist become bit rude to me and doctor said for two weeks. What if someone do not want to take it for prescribed time in one go?? I agreed to get medication for two weeks and then nobody have explained me about the medication and hasn’t give me any instructions for that which is really disappointing. ( Applying suppository for first time is anxious for me and they didn’t tell me anything at all.)

HopelessWent in to get a script and the first guy was really polite and well mannered, upon returning though the woman was rude and did not respond well to my question of the additional subsidy. Also my medication is refrigerated and they refused to give me an insulated paper bag until I said I was walking 25-30 minutes home and even then was reluctant.

Always a smooth ,efficient transaction from dispensary of scripts to chemist related purchases.Elements & trait qualities found from staff are- friendly , polite ,professional, very attentive & always oppuntinstic to happily share a wealth of resourceful advice.Great pharmacy internal fitout (ie. modern with multiple resemble like bank booths) plus operating hours are extremely convenient if ill symptoms catch you off guard.(*note also a compound" pharmacy too)"

Botts Compounding Pharmacy
Called about booster shots - the staff member that returned my call was dismissive and had an unprofessional demeanour.Possibly just a bad day as other reviews mention excellent customer service, and she wasn't completely rude either. Another positive is late opening hours, hopefully future interactions will be more pleasant.
